She's all settled in. We finally, after 18 changes in the furniture (slight exaggeration), got their room arranged, bed made, books picked up, the Walmart run, tears shed, etc. and all that by dinner time. It was a quiet ride home but we couldn't be any more excited for Lindsay. She is rooming with a sweet friend and they were discussing different churches they could visit when we were leaving...that was sweet music to my ears!
Remember to say a prayer for her when the Lord brings her to your mind. She's going to do great. What an awesome experience this is for her!

Hmmm...why do these kids have to grow up??? I pray that God will work in and through Lindsay at UNCG and that she will be all that she can be in Christ.
Taylor's not leaving for the Marines until November now. We get an extra month with him for which we are very thankful.
You did it!!! Your sweet girl is now shining brightly for the Lord...all those years of preparing has finally come to fruition. She's gonna do awesome, Kim, you and Scott have so much to be proud of! Love you guys!!!
At least she's not that far away! I know it must be a bittersweet time for you as a mom. That day is quickly approaching for us... I sure don't want to rush it, though!! Blessings!
