10 days ago I took the challenge...the 30-day Shred challenge. Introducing Jillian Michaels, the workout trainer for The Biggest Loser. She has no mercy...I know. If I could meet her in person, I'd probably slap her :-) A good friend told me about this workout video and I figured I've tried every other video in my lifetime, so why not try this. Well, it is like no workout video I've ever experienced before. I've even got my husband and kids doing it with me. I don't think I've ever sweat like this before.Why don't you take the challenge with me? Now, if you stick to the video and the eating plan, it "says" you can lose up to 20 pounds in 30 days. I'm all for that, although I've learned that I can no longer look at it as dieting. I've done that for too long and failed way too many times.
I have had so much energy since I started this workout (I know...I'm already about to bounce off the walls anyway, well, at least during the day). My arms and legs are looking more toned, well, I'm sure they are if I could peel away several layers...I'm sure I'd see "toned".
So...are you in? Take the challenge with me. BTW, you will be very sore at first, but it gets better I promise. Hey, if I can do this, you definitely can! Let me know if you're in!

I keep hearing all about the Shred from friends or see people talking about it on Facebook. I'd love to give it a try, if I had an extra 2 seconds...maybe once our schedule evens out a bit I can try it...I'd love to take off the rest of the baby weight & tone up a bit...I haven't been toned in, oh about 7 1/2 years...thanks kids! ;-)

I am ALL over that DVD when I get done with little baby Jimenez!!! But I guess I would need to stop making the cookie dough too, eh? Hm, they probably go hand in hand! :-)
